The START International TDA150-NS electronic heavy-duty wide tape dispenser automatically cuts and advances predefined lengths of foam and high-tack tapes for high production of repetitive taping in industrial applications. The dispenser accepts tape rolls in widths from 0.25 to 5.9″ (6 to 150 mm) with an outside roll diameter up to 9″/228 mm, and has a 3″/76 mm roll core holder. Special rollers advance the tapes without marking them. Using push buttons, cut lengths of 1.6 to 394″ (40 to 9999 mm) can be set. Feed and cut can be set to automatically advance and cut the tape as soon as a cut piece is removed, or to wait for an interval of up to 25 seconds. The digital push switch display allows easy length adjustments. Both the feed and the cut can also be operated manually with a push button. The guillotined cut provides a straight edge to the dispensed tape. Cut length tolerance is + or – 0.04″/1 mm, depending on the type of tape. The safety interlock protects the operator from the cutting mechanism by preventing the cutter from activating when objects such as fingers or tools are present. . The metal gears, metal advancement rollers, and heavy-duty metal housing provide durability. The TDA150-NS tape dispenser operates on 117 VDC at 50/60 Hz.
